Meet the organizers

Joe Eames

Joe is CEO of Vibe Coding Con, and a 30 year veteran of the software engineering industry , an educator, and an entrepreneur. He has spent a decade running ng-conf and other conferences and has taught millions of developers through Pluralsight and other platforms.

Stephen Fluin

Stephen is the VP of product at HeroDevs and is an engineering and developer relations veteran formerly on Google’s Angular team. He knows how to help engineers adopt new tools and frameworks at scale.

Zero Slope Events

Zero Slope is the team that produces some of the most well-run developer conferences in the U.S., including ng-conf, React Conf, Epic Web, Resend Forward, and Nx Conf. They’re handling logistics, sponsors, and venue at Vibe Coding Con.

Why we're doing this

Two ideas drove us to launch Vibe Coding Con. First, we wanted a room small enough that the speakers and organizers know you and you know the people sitting next to you. Second, we wanted a conference narrowly focused on vibe coding for professional engineers using IDEs to orchestrate agents on real engineering work.

Vibe Coding Con is the room where the engineers doing this work can come together, sharpen the saw, and trade what’s working. It’s a passion project by people who have spent their careers serving this community.
